EmcoSpec has started a new service with the addition of Infrared Scans.
We are able to perform a non-invasive scan of walls,ceiling,floors,and low-sloped roofs.Also, allowing us to help determine areas of possible moisture infiltration and formation of mildew and or mold.
The report will be narrative in nature(computer)accompanied with digital pictures confirming our findings during the inspection.
