EmcoSpec has started a new service with the addition of Indoor Air Quality.

· Does anyone in your home have asthma and or upper respiratory illnesses?
· Do you have pets kept indoors?
· How long have you lived in your home?
· Have you taken steps to improve the Indoor Air Quality in your home?
· What type of Clean Air/Healthy Home equipment have you installed?
· Do you experience dryness in the air... static electricity... dry throat... dry nose... cracking of wood through expansion and contraction?
· Do you have an outside company clean and maintain your heating and air conditioning equipment?
· Do you or anyone in your family have allergies?
· Do you experience excessive sneezing from irritants in the air you breathe?
· Do you experience any of the following... watery eyes... shortness of breath... drowsiness... digestive problems... fever... dizziness... feeling of lethargic... mild depression... memory lapse... blurred vision.
Many of these problems and symptoms can sometimes be related to the indoor air you breathe.
Our New IAQU survey system will measure concentrations of CO (carbon monoxide), CO2 (carbon dioxide), temperature, humidity, and particulates in your home’s air.
Optional ductwork screening test will examine the interior of your ductwork to assess the amount of particulates residing in the ductwork. This screening is based on photographic evidence. We also offer optional Mold Screening that is sent to a third party laboratory for evaluation.
